Aged in barrels for 12 months (70% in French oak barrels 30% American oak).
The harvest is done manually and lasts from the beginning of February to the end of April or the beginning of May depending del year.
Fermentation maceration 30 days.
It can be kept for several years. Decant for an hour before consuming it. The suitable temperature to drink it is between 18º C.
Intense aromas of red fruits, with notes of coconut, chocolate and tobacco. In the mouth it is fruity, balanced, voluptuous and with soft tannins. Complex and elegant wine with a great finish in the mouth.
