A wine made from the youngest vines of Ferrer Bobet. Cariñena, Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet.
Centennial Cariñena and Garnacha vines are used, planted on licorella soils, the typical slate of the region, which in the case of Ferrer Bobet has the added advantage of being on a cool estate, with elevation and slope.
Of the seventy hectares of the farm, only twenty-two have been planted to maintain biodiversity, and organic viticulture is carried out in which there is no room for insecticides, fungicides or herbicides.
