How is it?
Dry, fresh and full-bodied. Aromas of citrus, white fruit, yeast and a toasty touch that hooks you. On the nose, we find aromas of white fruit and also pastry, the result of careful aging in the cellar. When you taste it, it is discreet, structured and sparkling enough at the same time to accompany many fish and seafood dishes.
