How is it?
Dry, fresh and full-bodied. Citrus aromas, white fruit, yeast and a toasted touch that hooks. On the nose, we find aromas of white fruit and also of pastry, the result of careful aging in the cellar. When tasted, it is discreet, structured and sparkling enough at the same time to accompany many fish and seafood dishes.
Escuturit Brut Nature is delicious on its own, outside of meals, but due to its character, it is our first choice to accompany clams, mussels, shellfish and grilled white fish.
