Natural red wine from organic farming of CCPAE certified vineyards, made outside the Designation of Origin from mainly the Carinyena and Marselan varieties of vineyards planted at high altitude which give it unique qualities, from 10 hectares of own vineyards located on slopes South facing with poor slate soils, between 800 and 900 meters high in Vilanova de Prades, between the Sierra de Prades, the Sierra de la Llena and the Montsant. Grapes grown at high altitudes are characterized by their superior content of natural acidity, which benefits the production of high quality wine, intense concentration, body and flavor, making them suitable for long aging. The Harvest is done manually, the wine is made in a traditional way, small quantities of great quality. Practicing environmentally friendly viticulture and following both in the winery and in the vineyard the precepts of organic farming and the calendar of the lunar phases. Fermentation takes place in a 3000 liter cement tank without added yeast. Partial aging for 8 months in a 300-liter cement tank and in used oak barrels. Bottled without clarifying or filtering, sulfites not added, SO2 less than 4mg / l. Bottled in June 2019 a total of 3956 bottles.
