Wine semi-sweet aged in American oak casks from the DO Jerez-Xérès-Sherry from Palomino and Pedro Ximénez grapes through a blend with 90% 15-year-old Oloroso and 10% Pedro Ximenez that, once made, ages for 4 years plus.
A suitable wine for patés, blue cheeses and desserts.
It is a brown wine, honey-colored with coppery rims, bright. On the nose it offers notes of toasted nuts and caramel. On the palate it is pleasant, smooth and with good persistence.
