DO Priorat - Gratallops
Grape varieties: Cariñena, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah
A wine that takes you to the heart del Priorat: impressive, very concentrated and deep, with a good balance between body and alcohol level, very spicy and with a great personality.
Vinification and Aging: the wine combines fermentation in vats, manual pumping over and maceration for 30 days, with fermentation in open barrels. After fermentation, the wine matures in French oak barrels (15% new) for 14 months.
