The cultivation of the vineyards is carried out under sustainable viticulture and observing biodynamic principles. They do not use pesticides, fungicides or herbicides.
Aged for 12 months in 3rd and 4th year French and American oak.
Today their vineyards are fully recognized and certified by the Catalan Council for Organic Agriculture (CCPAE) and they also apply preparations based on biodynamic farming methods.
Aromas of fresh red fruits, herbs, rosemary, thyme and mineral notes.
