Golden yellow in color with golden reflections, it has a persistent rosary of fine bubbles.
On the nose, notes of pastry and ripe fruit stand out.
On the palate, its fair aging allows us to equally enjoy both the fruit and the initial acidity, as well as a perfect creaminess and texture that give it breadth and complexity.
