Foam of a golden white collar. Aroma offers a finely Lemado bouquet with a slight sulfur side. Note esters on the yeast level in a Belgian effect. Finely with a meadowsy floral effect and honeydew scent. The palate is light on a good Belgian character, the whole is a bit of sweet honey in an accompaniment of esters and a touch of residual sugar at the end of the mouth that mixes DASN a base malt instead of PILS.
Aroma and flavor is driven by the conjunction of yeast and Brett culture that give notes of citrus fruit and light spices. A more than generous use of continental hops such as Perle, Hallertauer Tradition, Hersbrucker Spat and 100% Belgian Pilsen Bio Malt balance the yeast character to create a dry, refreshing and easy to drink beer!
