It is poured into the glass and it shows us a hazy straw color with a long-lasting white head of medium size.
The foam leaves some cords. Slightly funky aroma; lemon and orange as esters, cloves and light herbaceous notes. The taste is too crunchy; moderate acidity is supported by plenty of hot spices. Completely dry finish. Hard to recognize that it is only 3,3% ABV. Low-bodied and effervescent. Very nice update and remarkable Saison session.
Varieties added in its elaboration Malta: Belgian Pilsen Bio (85%), Belgian wheat malt (15%).
Hops: Perle, Hallertauer Tradition. Source of "refreshing" character as opposed to acidity del lactic acid from the old Saison.
