Origin: Priorat- Catalonia
Variety: 100% Cariñena from old vines.
Cherry red color with violet rims. High robe and slow tear. Sparkly. On the nose it is full of fruit and minerals.
On the palate it has a silky, wide entry and a persistent aftertaste, and with a very subtle mineral background that shows us where it comes from. Very balanced acidity.
Wine aged in French oak boots for 12 months.
