Motivation: To recover again the genetics of the white, black and gray carignan, playing with them, reinterpreting their magic, enjoying their game of complicity, trying to make a wine where the delicadeidad and the depth of some native varieties that are a great part del ADN del Empordà, where I daydream.

Grape: 80% white carignan, 15% black carignan and 5% gray carignan (eco-certified parcel)
Vineyard: in glass 6 years, 60 years, 20 years
Place: Prat d'Egna, Agullana (Alt Empordà)
Plot: sandy granite
Vinification: manual harvest in 15kg boxes. Maceration with skin and rasps for 5 days, pressing and fermentation. 100% clay amphora.
Fermentation: spontaneous (indigenous yeast)
Breeding: 70% stainless steel deposit, 30% chestnut boot for 2,5 months
Fermentation vessel: 100% amphora
Unfiltered, total sulfites: 8 mg / l
Alcoholic strength: 12%
