Vinification: manual harvest. Maceration with the skin and part of the scraping for 8 days, pressed and fermented in a stainless steel tank.
Fermentation: spontaneous with indigenous yeast
Aging Wine: on fine lees in a stainless tank
Unfiltered, total sulfites: 10mg / l.
Alcoholic strength: 12%
