AGING: Ages in oak barrels and vats for 12 months before del bottling.
- View: It is displayed in a glass with a beautiful intense ruby red color.
- Nose: On the nose, they are perceived delicy and attractive aromas of blackberry, raspberry, jam, blueberry, black and red fruit, plum and red currant.
- Mouth: On the palate, it is elegant, fruity and very pleasant, with flavors of black fruits, plum, cherry and raisins, which flow into vanilla and chocolate until they reach liquor. Its finish is long and sweet.
It is ideal to pair with rich dishes of lamb, pork and poultry.
