It comes from a single vineyard, but there is a peculiarity, this plot has many differences in soil and sunshine. So they do three different harvests del same vineyard, to achieve three different grapes with the aim of producing a complex Xarel lo 100% from del same vineyard.
This winery produces clean natural wines, showing an obsession with maintaining the structure del wine and avoid excessive oxidation, they work with wild yeast.
