Origin: Penedès
Ancestral Confiscat comes from a vineyard that is about 50 years old. They are old vines that have been cultivated ecologically, without the use of pesticides, herbicides or any chemical product that could harm the environment. No vineyard is irrigated and the harvest is manual in 18 kg boxes.
This wine expresses the xarel lo variety in its sparkling version in an honest and natural way.
