It shows an intense yellow color with a bright rim and greenish reflections.
Nose dominated by fine floral aromas and ripe stone fruits (apricot, plum), along with light toasted notes.
In the mouth it is broad and fatty with good acidity and long persistence.
Aging in different containers, from concrete eggs to oak barrels of different capacities, resulting in a white with a fine floral nose and good structure on the palate.
