Château Mussar Denomination: bekaa valley Country: Lebanon
This wine is a blend of indigenous grape varieties: Obaideh (60%) and Merwah (40%), supposedly the ancestors of Chardonnay, Chasselas and Semillon, grown from non-grafted vines del original pattern.
White wine fermented and aged partly in new oak barrels for 9 months and partly in stainless steel vats.
Bottling is done at the end del first year, and the wine finally hits the market at 7 years.
