Yellow color with golden reflections. The carbonic is perfectly integrated in a string of fine and constant bubbles. The varietal aroma is a mixture of fresh notes (grass, fennel ...) and white flowers. The passage in the mouth is broad, structured, fresh and with nerve thanks to its serious citrus touches.

At the end of the mouth, the presence of nuts and a long aftertaste stand out. Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada vineyards, grown in conventional agriculture.

The soil is generally sandy loam with low fertility. Once the grapes are harvested, they are stripped and pressed. The must is used to fill the stainless steel tanks and it rests for 24 hours.

The next day the clear must is separated and the yeasts are sown to start fermentation. Fermentation lasts 15 days at a temperature of 14 and 15 ° C. Sugar and yeast are added to the base wine and it is bottled in cava-type bottles. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle and it will remain in aging for a minimum of 15 months.
