Made according to the "Champenoise" method from the best blend of the best Macabeo and Parellada wines. Spend a minimum of 15 months in the cellar.
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, with a fine bubble and elegant rosary. It has fruity aromas with notes of aging. It is a well-structured cava in the mouth, with a good effervescence and a fresh and pleasant finish.
Ideal cava for toasts and celebrations, at the table with seafood, foie gras and salted fish, it is also excellent with braised poultry.
