
TASTING NOTES:
- Color: Charles I Imperial It has an intense amber color with golden reflections. Bright, transparent.
- Smell: On the nose it presents a great aromatic intensity, very balanced, with notes of good distillation and enriched by notes of noble wood, tobacco, nuts and figs.
- Flavor: In the mouth it is deep, persistent and balanced, with frank aftertaste sensations. Slightly doomed. Very elegant.
PREPARATION: Its elaboration and aging process is characterized by a special and careful assembly of the different holandas that are part of its composition and by the use in its aging of American oak casks previously wrapped with Amontillados and Olorosos Sherry wines following the traditional dynamic aging system for Criaderas and Soleras.
