Aged for a minimum of 6 years under the criaderas and soleras system, where it is aged by oxidation in oak barrels.

On the palate it is soft and velvety and highlights hints of raisins and toasted sugar.

Especially recommended as an accompaniment to desserts, taking it very cold or even with ice.
