Red wine made with Juan García, Mouratón and Negreda from vineyards in Fermoselle (Zamora), whose floors are made of granite. Partial destemming and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 11 months in French oak vats and chestnut vats. Bottled without clarifying or filtering.
