The Peinado distillery, located in Ciudad Real and with more than two centuries of history, makes its brandies from wine alcohols obtained from airén grape, the most widespread in La Mancha, which is later distilled in copper tarpaulins heated over a fire direct using oak firewood. Peinado 12 Years 70 cl 38% is a brandy that is aged by the criaderas and soleras system that is subtle, with dried fruits, both on the nose and in the mouth, accompanied by woods and vanilla.
