PRODUCER: Bodegas Osborne. It is a Spanish conglomerate dedicated to the production and marketing of alcoholic beverages and derived meat products del pork. It was established in 1772 in El Puerto de Santa Maria, province of Cádiz, in 1772, by Thomas Osborne Mann, an Englishman who emigrated to Spanish lands to initially market Jerez wine. Today it is one of the largest and most prosperous companies in Spain, reaching more than 50 countries with its products.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: Brandy Independencia originates from a grape brandy called hollanda, which is specially distilled in selected wine bottles. This liquor is matured in American oak barrels where Oloroso de Jerez wine has been previously aged. This brandy was baptized in homage to the French occupation that lived in part del territory of Spain, with Napoleon's army, early del XIX century.
