With the vacuum pump kit you will be able to conserve the wine, even longer! The pump removes the air del interior and close the bottle tightly.
Doing so takes a few seconds: the bottle is normally covered with one of the caps included in the kit, the vacuum pump is placed on top (similar to a stain) and it must be pumped a few times, until resistance is felt. The bottle will be hermetically closed, protecting the wine from oxidation produced by the air.
