Sparkling made following the champenoise method, carrying out the second fermentation in the bottle. The second fermentation lasts for 12 months. Secondary aromas appear and the bubbles are fine. Also, being a short aging, we will find varietal aromas, honey and butter.
It is recommended to serve 7-8 º
Ideal for an aperitif or during lunch. It goes perfectly with fish dishes, such as sea bass with anise and rosemary.
