Vineyard: Pago Balbaína Alta plot in albariza land. Alcoholic degree: 12% Elaboration: 25-day film maceration with Pedro Ximénez skins (fermenting like a red wine). The skins are then removed and aged for 5 months in stainless steel tanks. Production limited to 5.000 bottles.
Tasting note: White without added sulfites, natural white, practically an Orange Wine. Color tending to orange, cloudy. Notes of hydrocarbons in the initial phase on the nose. Yellow fruit . Floral. Fresh and unctuous at the same time. Gypsum and salinity. Pairing: Rice, pasta.
