Origin: Empordà
The visual aspect is of a pale color with green reflections, bright and very elegant. The first aromatic impression evokes a note of orange blossom honey, which does not give a good feeling of freshness. Then the ripe mango, the lemon zest and the hanging tomato become evident, which are complemented by more consistent aromas of brioche, pistachio and baked apple. Once in the mouth it is meaty and structured, with a good acid base, on top of which you can taste hints of blood orange, peach pit and sponge cake ice cream.
