Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
This Gran Reserva cava has been made with the Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada varieties. Most of the transformation processes have been manual. The rest in the cellar for a long time (30-36 months) helps us to achieve very complex aromatic notes.
