
TASTING NOTES:
- Color: golden amber-mahogany, with greenish reflections.
- Smell: pungent and complex aroma, with a balsamic character.
- Flavor: warm, burning and dry, dominated by the almost burnt toasts of the old wood.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: it is made following the traditional soleras and criaderas method and proves an age of more than twenty years, endorsed by the Regulatory Council del Brandy from Jerez. Due to its great old age, its production is necessarily limited. Each bottle is numbered and signed by the winery foreman, responsible for protecting such valuable brandy.
