Gold-green oil, on the nose it denotes freshness and the smell of freshly cut grass. In the mouth it grows, delicated, great complexity with a very dense texture due to the extreme old age of the olive trees. On the palate it tastes like "almond and chocolate" nuts. A slight final itch that does not persist.
This oil comes in a "tavern" type bottle that was used in the time of Christopher Columbus. Cork stopper that once opened will be replaced by a glass one that, being hollow inside, fills with oil by turning the bottle upside down and serves to dose the oil.
