DEVELOPMENT
Medium maceration red wine fermented in cement tanks and aged on its lees for 3 months with weekly gentle stirring.
CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE
Between 12 ºC and 14 ºC.
CATA'S NOTES
Medium layer cherry red color. The aromas of fresh fruit stand out against a background of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it is elegant and with the character of a classic Empordà blend.

All kinds of grilled meats, poultry dishes, typical 'dishes', snails and mushrooms.
