CONDICIONES GENERALES SOCIOS DEL CLUB
SUBSCRIPTION AS A MEMBER TO THE CLUB
I.1 Requirements
To become a member of The Club of Club del Cep You just have to fill out the membership application accepting the Privacy Policy of The Club, the General Conditions of Contract, the General Conditions of Membership of The Club and place the first order. This request can be made online, by phone.
I.2 Age
The Member declares that he/she is of the minimum legal age for alcohol consumption.
How do the monthly selections work?
II.1 Lots
The standard box of selected wines is 6 bottles, with total prices per selection between €60 and €120 (VAT incl.), except for some special consignments.
II.2 Communications and deadlines
1. Monthly, during the first fortnight del Each month each Member will receive free information by email, detailing the characteristics of the selected wines and their price. In any case, this information will be available on the Internet in the section of The Club at clubdelcep.com.
The member will have ten days to decide if they do not wish to receive the selection. The date will appear in the communication sent by email. It will be enough for you to communicate it (by phone or email to: clubdelcep @ clubdelcep.com) before the aforementioned deadline.
If once this period has elapsed no communication has been received from the del Member, The Club will understand that you wish to receive the selection del month. Likewise, if the Member wishes to receive more of the selection del month or change it and/or repeat selections from previous months, all you have to do is notify us (by phone or email to: clubdelcep @ clubdelcep.com).
II.3 Shipping and charge to account
Throughout the last week del month, you will receive the wine at your address and you will receive a receipt according to your direct debit payment instructions.
II.4 Minimum Orders
To be a member of The Club it is necessary to make a minimum of four annual selections.
II.5 Geographic Coverage
Geographic coverage del The Club's service is on the peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
III. PRICES
The Club will select as "Monthly Selection" wines whose price per selection is between €60 and €120. All prices are understood with VAT included.
SHIPPING COSTS
The cost del delivery service is free to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands.
PAYMENT
V.1 Domiciliation
Whoever requests membership in The Club will direct the payments for the selections they have chosen into a bank checking account or into a credit or debit card.
V.2 Invoice
The Member who wishes to receive an invoice for each of the shipments must specify this when requesting their membership, detailing their NIF. In the event that you have not specified it and you wish to receive an invoice, it will suffice that you request it from the Club Member Service (clubdelcep @ clubdelcep.com).
INCIDENTS AND RETURNS
In the case of incidents in the delivery or the Member wishes to make a return, the notification period is seven days from receipt del product. To do this, you must contact the Club Member Service (clubdelcep @ clubdelcep.com).
In the case of damage to the packaging, the Member may not accept the shipment, informing the driver that it is rejected, or accept it, indicating the defect on the delivery note and contacting Club del Cep always within 24 hours.
In the case of returns of defective products Club del Cep will be responsible for them and the shipping costs. Shipping costs will be charged del Partner when they do not correspond to defective products.
VII. SERVICE PROVIDER
The borrowing company del service is “Vins Fins, SL”, with current address at Calle D'en Draper, 24 08350 Arenys de Mar Barcelona.
VII. DATA PROTECTION
The personal data referring to the Members of The Club who place an order will be collected in a personal data file owned by "Vins Fins, SL", who guarantees full compliance with the Data Protection regulations of Character. Personal, and thus, in accordance with LO 15/1999, the Holder is informed and gives his consent to the incorporation of his data to the automated file, and to the automated treatment of the same, for the purposes of sending commercial communications, to the in order to adapt our commercial offers to your particular profile, as well as to comply with the legal and contractual obligations assumed with respect to said clients. The recipients of said data will be the commercial and technical services of Club del Cep. The acceptation del Owner so that their data can be processed in the manner established in this paragraph, it is always revocable, without retroactive effects, in accordance with the provisions of articles 6 and 11 of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13. ADMISSION RESERVATION
Club del Cep reserves the right of admission to The Club and provision del service.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES
Club del Cep reserves the right to make changes to the general conditions of sale and operation del Club. Any change must be communicated and exposed to the Members 30 days in advance.
XII. LEGISLATION AND APPLICABLE JURISDICTION
This contract will be governed by the legislation del Kingdom of Spain.
