This is a wine that is made with the Cabernet Sauvignon variety that comes from different vineyards located in Subirats, a town del Penedes (Barcelona). Different geology of lands and a Mediterranean influence make the Cabernet express itself very differently in each one of them. Each parcel is vinified separately, and the task is to build a single wine, a cuvee, RITA & LOLA.
Respectful viticulture and a winemaking process with minimal intervention are other basic aspects in the production del RITA & LOLA. A wine without makeup.
The presence of authentic, ripe, red and black fruit is a good combination that, with aging in French oak wood where it has rested for 1 year, adding the rest of the cellar in the bottle, results in a refined, round and tasty wine.
In gastronomy you can help us pair and have a good time. From cold meat dishes, salads with crunchy vegetables, grilled or grilled fish and white meat, or café de Paris type sauces...
We recommend serving between 14º-16º and airing for half an hour before serving.
