Variety: 100% trepat
Cherry pink in color with vivid violet reflections. Fine and persistent bubbles. Wild fruits on the nose, notes of strawberry on a background of mint. Very pleasant bubbles in the mouth, a rich and dense cava, with varietal character, fresh and complex at the same time, meaty but light. Outstanding red fruits, with a predominance of strawberry.
Ideal as an aperitif, with seafood, fish in sauce, rice and noodles, cold cuts, white meats and desserts with soft creams and fruits.
