This wine is a project initiated by Roc and Leo Gramona, 2 very prepared young people. They are the replacement of a generation also dedicated to the production of sparkling wines known as leftovers in our country (Cellers Gramona).
The philosophy of these two young people is based on ecological and biodynamic viticulture, with the minimum intervention of systemic products and they concentrate all their energy in the vineyard.
